Acceptance and business identity

These terms apply to this website and our SMS program. AI Automation Education is operated by HBH 28 LLC. Using the website does not itself enroll you in SMS. Any paid services may have separate written terms agreed before purchase.

SMS program

Our optional SMS program sends recurring promotional messages about our own TextCRM and AI automation services, including product information, demonstrations, setup offers and related follow-ups. It is intended for interested business owners, including MCA brokers and real estate investors. This program does not send loan, funding or investment solicitations.

How you consent

To enroll, enter your details at our SMS Opt-In page and actively select the separate, unchecked SMS consent box. Consent applies only to this program and sender. Providing your number, contacting us or accepting website terms does not enroll you.

Frequency and fees

Message frequency varies based on your requests and interactions. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier plan.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Other standard opt-out requests will also be honored. We may send one opt-out confirmation, then no further messages unless you give new consent.
